Handwoven from natural sisal, a strong, flexible plant fibre sourced in Kenya. Each basket is handwoven using traditional techniques, so no two pieces are identical.

Sisal is naturally durable and biodegradable. The tight weave holds its shape even under regular use, making it one of the most reliable natural basket materials available.

  1. Store in a dry, ventilated space to protect the shape and prevent mildew.
  2. Spot clean only, wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
  3. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade the natural sisal color or dyed sisal fibre over time.
  4. Reshape by hand if the basket loses form, mold gently.
  5. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  6. Do not overload, excess weight can distort the weave over time.

Sisal baskets are handmade, meaning dimensions may vary by 2–4cm from the measurements listed.

Small sizes suit shelves, bathroom surfaces and small item storage. Medium sizes work well as floor baskets for plants and everyday organisation.

Large sizes are ideal for blankets, laundry and statement floor pieces. If unsure between two sizes, size up. A larger basket is always more versatile.
