REMOLDING Bolga BASKETS
Bolga Baskets also known as elephant grass basket usually arrives to you in the post package folded, after taking basket out of packaging,
1. Wet Bolga basket completely with water. Avoid wetting leather handles with water
2.Reshape /mold with your hand as shown in video
3.Leave in the sun/warm place to dry
4. Your beautiful Elephant grass basket is ready to use once dried
DO NOT put in tumble dryer/ machine wash or rub vigorously
Should basket have stains or if dirty, scrub gently with soft sponge and mild soap.
Remember to reshape after hand wash
Care Instructions
Use a damp cloth to wipe basket clean should it collect dirt
Do not machine wash, tumble dry or rub vigorously
Please note that leaving the basket outside under the sun or in very cold weather for a prolonged period of time can cause the colors to fade weaken the elephant grass fibers or even cause mould to appear on basket.
